3-4 - " Spring Harvest "

The inspirational photo and altered a bit, courtesy of Amy Roe. Amy told me when she thinks of spring, she remembers going to the woods with grandpa to harvest the Maple sap, for yummy Maple syrup.. As a side note, we have done this on our acreage. It takes about 40 gallons of sap for a bottle of syrup. But, it does smell heavenly while cooking down.
